WordPress COMPARISONS

From my research, Wix is the easiest and most beginner-friendly CMS. It has over 800 templates and is a drag-and-drop style editor which means you do not need to do any coding. However, you get less flexibility because you are limited to their customization options, and there’s a 100-page limit, so it’s not ideal for bigger websites. Squarespace is known for beautiful, polished designs, making it great for small businesses. Like Wix, it uses a structured drag-and-drop system, so coding isn’t required. However, if you want more customization, you can tweak CSS and add custom code. It allows up to 1,000 pages. WordPress offers endless customization and scalability, but it is the most advance out of all the CMS. You don’t have to code because themes and plugins to handle most things. Since WordPress is self-hosted, you’ll also need to handle things like hosting and security.

WordPress Use Reflection

WordPress, from what I’ve used so far, is very customizable with plugins and themes that can be used. It is simple to use for people who do not have a strong technical computer background while also having more advanced options for experienced developers. I was able to briefly use the Elementor plugin, which showed me how easy it was for someone to add more customization options for pages. Beyond that, I’ve noticed how user-friendly WordPress is when it comes to managing a website. Even for someone without coding knowledge, it’s possible to create a fully functional, professional-looking site with minimal effort. At the same time, developers can take advantage of custom themes, widgets, and even backend modifications to make a site. With plugins like Elementor, the customization process becomes more easy for the nontechnical users. Instead of dealing with code, it allows users to design pages how they want using a drag-and-drop system. This flexibility makes WordPress a solid choice for everything from personal blogs to e-commerce stores, giving users total control over their website’s look and functionality without overwhelming them with technical barriers.
